Our Story
We are a group of Peruvian-Mexican family and friends living in the U.S., brought together by a shared commitment to give back to the communities that shaped us. From this common purpose, Ayni On Earth was born—a heartfelt initiative to serve others and create lasting impact where it’s needed most.
Our name is inspired by Ayni, a Quechua principle of sacred reciprocity—the idea that life is about giving and receiving in balance, with humility, respect, and gratitude. This belief is the heart of our work.
From providing food, clothing, school supplies to building meaningful, long-term relationships with underserved communities in Peru and in the U.S, everything we do is rooted in this spirit of mutual care.
